Agente Seeks Diamond of Its Own

Diane Richardson, the owner and president of Agente Staffing, truly believes in the services that her company provides. Agente offers a plethora of opportunities for people in need of employment. Making it her personal goal to find the perfect employee for every client, Diane takes into consideration not only the specific job skills that may be required for a placement but also the atmosphere and culture within an organization. She will sift for that perfect and unique Diamond to compliment any business.

Agente Staffing, in a twist of its own, recently sought its own Diamond. Ms. Richardson a proud supporter of the Frankfort Area Women’s Network loves to encourage and mentor women of all ages. Looking for a young woman to inspire, Agente welcomed a new marketing intern this summer. Lauren Boersma, a senior at Indiana’s Valparaiso University, was embraced as part of the Agente staff in May.

Lauren, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, was in need of a summer internship. Enjoying the creativity that the marketing arena has to offer, Lauren was thoroughly pleased with the opportunity to work as Agente’s summer intern. Provided with the chance to recreate Agente’s marketing tools, write for local papers and bulletins, as well as, attend group meetings, Lauren was able to gain first hand business experience.
